We depart Arusha in the morning for Tarangire and arrive around lunchtime. Tarangire is known for the Elephant population and huge Baobab trees inside the park also sometimes tree-climbing lions can be sported. As visitors enter the gate, they pass into the lush forest; home to troops of baboons and blue monkeys. Buffaloes and hippos also lurch in the adjacent river viewpoint. The vegetation eventually merges into a flat-topped acacia woodland where, in the heat of the day, lions can be seen stretched on the branches of these trees – a habit prevalent to Tarangire Elephants and lions.

Early morning game drive comes back for breakfast, then check out and depart for Lake Manyara and arrive around lunchtime. Lake Manyara is known for its tree-climbing lions and has the most pachyderms per km sq. in Tanzania. As visitors enter the gate, they pass into the lush forest; home to troops of baboons and blue monkeys. Buffaloes and hippos also lurch in the adjacent Hippo Pool. The vegetation eventually merges into a flat-topped acacia woodland where, in the heat of the day, lions can be seen stretched on the branches of these trees – a habit prevalent to Manyara lions.

After breakfast, to Mto wa Mbu village for cultural interaction where you will have a chance to experience local people, visit the banana farm, tinga tinga Artcraft, paintings shop, local schools, local banana brewery “mbege”, local market, rice field, and finally go back for local lunch the dish that will be prepared in African-Tanzanian style. You will have an option for zipline adventure which takes about an hour, the later afternoon transfer to Ngorongoro highland for dinner, and overnight Lake Manyara is a shallow freshwater lake in Tanzania and one of the loveliest lakes in Africa which covers an area of approximately 330 square kilometers. It is famous for a good number of baboons and birdlife, also home to herbivores such as hippos, impalas, elephants, wildebeests, buffalo, warthogs, and giraffes, giant fig trees and mahogany seen in the groundwater forest immediately around the park gates, afternoon drive back to Arusha. Day 7: Transfer to Arusha
After leisure, breakfast/lunch drive back to Arusha and stop in one of the African Galleria Shop for your shopping including Tanzanianite and other souvenir items for taking gifts back home
