Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After your breakfast at Mount Meru, we will pick you up and proceed to Tarangire National park. One of the largest national parks in Tanzania located in Manyara region, this place is characterized by the large herds of elephants, tree climbing lions, and the fascinating baobab trees also called the Tree of Life for its almost mythical powers that some cultures attach to it. This park is especially known for Tarangire river which flows all year round and the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons.
Accommodation: Tarangire Sopa Lodge

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we will drive to Ngorongoro for the crater tour with picnic descent to the crater floor for the day tour. Some 20,000 mammals live in the area including about 20 black rhinoceros, making the crater the best place in Tanzania to see these amazing creatures. The crater floor also has one of the highest carnivore densities in the world. Lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals are commonly seen, while leopards, servals, and bat-eared foxes may be seen with some luck.
Accommodation: Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge

Day 4 & 5: Serengeti Central (Central)
After breakfast, we will leave for Central Serengeti National Park with picnic lunch and game drive along the way. Serengeti, among other incredible wildlife and stunning views, is famed for the annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and hundred thousand of zebras, a frenzied bout of territorial conquests and mating happening from July-October. Witness an actual survival of the fittest as these animals plunge through crocodile-infested waters. The wildebeest produces more than 8,000 calves daily before the 1,000 km (600 miles) pilgrimage begins again.

Accommodation: Acacia Luxury Tented Camp

Day 6 & 7: Northern Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will drive to Serengeti north viewing the great migration at Mara area. The key feature is the Mara River and it is not uncommon to see the herds cross the Mara River north on one day and then back south a few days later. Please take note that finding a crossing is very challenging and is sometimes a matter of luck.

There are instances where herds can be seen next to the river but then only decides to cross a couple of days later. This area is a stunning region with kopjes, woodland, riverine vegetation and open plains, like Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Accommodation: Acacia Luxury Tented Camp
