Hassan’s favorites are game viewing location is the Southern Serengeti during the wet season at Ndutu area during the calving season (January-April) of wildebeest migration and Northern Serengeti during the dry season (July-October) where the place is full of migration. “It is exciting to see the herds of wildebeest as they arrive at the Mara River and make the crossing, and also the wet season when they deliver their babies following their survival instinct for high grazing value grasses and water.”
One of Hassan’s most memorable wildlife sightings was with guests at the Ngorongoro Crater. They observed a pack of hyena cycle a baby of black rhino where he and the other drivers went off-road try to rescue the baby rhino and they success but also, they called the park ranger to come to help them. The rhino’s mother suddenly realized and stood up and chased the cars and the hyena. “It was incredible to see all this interaction unfold right there in front of our eyes.”
