Nickson is passionate about wildlife and guiding, as a safari guide over 15 years of experience.
Tarangire and Serengeti National Park is his favorites place to guide due to the “almost untouched wilderness”. You will very feel very private while on safari in Tarangire and Serengeti, whether it is walking or driving, and the game viewing is productive. You have a good chance of seeing some special species like Gerenuk, Oryx, Greater Kudu, and Lesser Kudu as well as there being a big population of elephants and Baobab trees which dotted the park and make it very unique.
One of Nickson’s most memorable sightings occurred in the Southern Tarangire while he and his guests were observing a lioness and her sub-adult cubs. “All over the sudden the lioness raced off on the hunt for a kudu. The Kudu’s lamb was easy prey for the lioness but what happened next was incredible. We witnessed how she brought back the lamb to her cubs and released it for them to practice hunting and catching their own prey. As cruel and harsh as this may sound, this is nature at work and we watched this scene for over an hour, fascinated by the learning process that the lioness cub was going through.” Join him on his journey to show you the ultimate adventure of Tanzania.
